Rifle is built on the Marlin “Marlin 336/Greenfield” platform. It is in excellent condition. Great bluing and woodwork. has an “AD” prefix on serial number indicating it is pre 1968 gun control act rifle. It has smooth-as-glass machining. A crisp trigger and highly desirable classic receiver free of modern cross-bolt safety buttons. Action is smooth and crisp locking up tight. Has Marlins famous “Micro-Groove-Rifling” and a Bushnell Sport view 4X32 scope on a classic see-through mount. Comes with a nice soft sided case.
