Marlin 1895SS 22" Barrel 45-70 Govt Beautiful Rifle 95% plus Condition JM Stamped MFG 1985

I have a “Rare” Marlin 1895 SS 22″ barrel 45-70 Govt and yes, it is “JM” stamped made in 1985…this rifle is easily 95-98% has a little wear from use in a scabbard but other than that it’s extremely clean for its age. Some say the “SS” is for “Super Sporting” rifle others say it has to do with “SS” stands for Sport rifle with crossbolt Safety (SS).
