Gary Reeder Custom 480 Ruger “Brute”

This custom revolver began as a Stainless Ruger Super Redhawk Alaskan 2.5” bbl, chambered in 480 Ruger. The entire revolver has been tuned, engraved and finished by Gary Reeder Custom Guns of Flagstaff Arizona. The action is tuned to produce a light, smooth trigger pull of 1lb single action and 3lb double action. The frame and cylinder are engraved with scroll work including sun burst and a Lions head around the unfluted cylinder and frame, the name “Brute” engraved on the left side of the barrel shroud, “480 Ruger” on the right side of the barrel shroud, the serial number and “Gary Reeder custom Flagstaff Az” engraved on the right side frame above the trigger guard and a bear paw print engraved on the top of the barrel. The pistol holds a polished hard chrome finish. It features a fully adjustable rear sight with combat blade front sight and black Hogue rubber grip. The top of the hammer spur is checkered. If you plan a backcountry trip, this is the self defense pistol to change a grizzly bear’s mind about you as lunch.
This revolver looks like new, probably only test fired.
