Gary Reeder Custom 44 Magnum “Trail Hawk”

This custom tuned, stainless steel revolver with butter smooth action and beautiful engraving, has a 2.5” barrel with a deep crown. The front fibre optic sight mates perfectly with a fully adjustable rear sight. The stocks are Gary Reeder’s dark purple micarta gunfighter grips. The action has been polished and lightened resulting in very smooth motion with a crisp 3lb break single action and 5lb double action, without creep or overtravel. All edges of the firearm are “melted” to offer a smooth feel and reduce snag on holster or clothing. It has a polished and checkered hard chrome hammer and trigger. There are engraved grizzly bear paw prints on the top of the barrel, “Gary Reeder Trail Hawk” on the left side of the barrel shroud, “44 Magnum on the right side of the barrel shroud, a sabre tooth tiger head on the left side of the frame and a lion’s head on the right side. The tough Ruger Redhawk frame will control the heaviest magnum load. This is a top-notch quality revolver expertly smithed by Gary Reeder’s custom guns in Flagstaff Arizona. It is a beautiful addition to any large caliber pistol collection.
